We are delighted to share that the Erasmus+ KA220-HED project “Breaking Barriers: Advancing Gender Equality in Mobility Exchanges and Career Progression in HEIs (BEAM)” has been officially awarded with an exceptional evaluation score of 95/100.

Funded with a total budget of €400,000 by the Italian National Agency and coordinated by the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, this 30-month initiative (November 2026 – April 2029) brings together five European partner institutions. The project focuses on fostering gender equality across higher education institutions (HEIs) and cultivating more inclusive academic career progression pathways.
